Yinson GreenTech’s marinEV wishes to congratulate Toll Group on the launch of Singapore’s first decarbonisation hub dedicated to electric supply vessels, a significant milestone for sustainable maritime logistics in the region. This collaboration marks an important step forward in accelerating the transition to cleaner maritime transport across Asia, and we are honoured to contribute our technology and operational expertise to this pioneering effort.

The collaboration sees marinEV deploying the Hydromover 2.0 as a crucial component of Toll’s integrated electric logistics model by supporting the proof of concept's operations over the next 12 months. The initiative demonstrates how next-generation electric vessels, when combined with smart warehousing, coordinated trucking, and a digitally connected supply chain, can deliver meaningful emissions reductions and operational efficiencies. Early modelling indicates potential reductions of up to 80% per trip, reinforcing the viability of electrifying harbour craft operations at scale.

During the launch event, marinEV extends its highest appreciation to industry partners such as Eastern Pacific Shipping (EPS), Fuji Trading, RMS Marine Service, and Inchcape, for their continued support, collaboration, and interest as early adopters of electric harbour craft solutions. We look forward to deepening these partnerships with all as we work collectively to strengthen Singapore’s leadership in green maritime innovation and deliver practical, zero-emission solutions for the industry.

In parallel with the event, marinEV also signed a Letter of Intent with SG Shipping, who has expressed its intention to bareboat charter two fully electric vessels for operations within Singapore. This reflects growing market confidence in electric harbour craft and further validates Hydromover 2.0 as a commercially ready solution for sustainable port operations.
