Yinson GreenTech works together with the other businesses of Yinson Holdings Berhad to achieve the Group’s vision for sustainability.
At Yinson, we are committed to contributing meaningfully to the global transition towards a low-carbon, climate-resilient future. We aim to be carbon neutral by 2030 and net zero by 2050.
We align our climate strategies with applicable frameworks, including the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), IFRS S2, and the Transition Plan Taskforce (TPT), ensuring our transition plans are credible, robust, and in line with global best practices.
Our Purpose Statement forms the basis of our approach to sustainability and the three core principles that guide our Environmental, Social and Governance focus and practices.

30 by 30 marks a significant milestone in Yinson's ongoing sustainability journey, as it culminates all our learnings, commitments and aspirations together in a single declarative set of our most material targets that we are committed to measuring and reporting against.
The targets are closely mapped to the three Sustainability Principles outlined within Yinson’s Sustainability Policy: Environment, Social and Governance. They are specific, measurable, time-bound, and importantly, their attainment will contribute significantly to the creation of a long-term and sustainable economy that is fair and equitable to all.
Some of them are yearly targets to be maintained, such as zero spills and zero fatalities, while others are targets to be achieved by 2030, such as EV chargers installed and investments into green businesses. – 30 by 30 targets.
Yinson aligns our sustainability practices with leading sustainabllity rating, disclosure platforms and industry benchmarks. We aim to maintain and continuously improve our ESG ratings.
